The government unveiled measures to enhance the domestic care workforce's job possibilities by providing training, credentials, and a more defined professional path in care. A nationwide career framework for care with clearly defined roles and professional development will be introduced for the first time. The introduction of a new, certified qualification will aid in acknowledging the contributions made by 37,000 workers. Hundreds of apprenticeships and digital training programmes to adopt the newest technology were also funded.
